2025 -- Indoor - Ran season bests in mile at Larry Wieczorek Invite (5:25.21), 3,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (10:21.89), and 5,000 meters at Iowa Open (18:37.75)... Outdoor - Ran collegiate bests in 1,500 meters at Illinois State Redbird Challenge (4:56.01), 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:26.23), and 5,000 meters at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (17:59.54)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner... Cross Country - Competed in all six races... ran collegiate bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:33.2), 5,000 meters at Joe Piane Invite (17:54.7) and 6,000 meters at Pre-Nationals (22:03.7)... 2023 -- Cross Country - Competed in five of seven races... ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:52.9), 5,000 meters at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (18:38.7), and 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (23:37.90)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2023)... letterwinner.

High School -- Two-time conference champion in cross country… regional champion and sectional champion her senior year… two-time all-state member… four-time all-conference… three-time all-sectional… team captain… four-time team MVP… two top-20 finishes at the state meet… holds the three mile school record (17:00.18) set in 2021... three-time 3,200 meter conference and sectional champion in track… two-time 1,600-meter conference champion… 1,600-meter sectional champion… all-state as a junior in the 3,200… set school records in the indoor (10:50.43) and outdoor (10:40.51) 3,200-meter races… coached by Alicia Rafferty… Oswego High School Female Athlete of the Year in 2020-2021… Oswego High School Female Senior Athlete of the Year in 2022-2023… four year member of the honor roll and high honor roll… Illinois State Scholar in 2022-2023… National Honor Society member… Science National Honor Society member… graduated Summa Cum Laude. 

Personal -- Born January 25, 2005… daughter of Paul Soderlind and Sandra Gourley… has two siblings - Kate and Kristin… public health major.
