Carlee Rochford Season 2025-26

2026 -- Indoor - Won pentathlon with a collegiate-best 4,036 points at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... that point total ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... posted collegiate bests in shot put (42-4 1/4, 12.91m), long jump (18-10, 5.74m) and 800 meters (2:23.29) as part of Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite pentathlon... won 60-meter hurdles with a colletgiate-best 8.48 and posted a collegiate-best 18-10 (5.74m) in long jump at Hawkeye Invite. 

2025 -- Indoor - Placed 15th in pentathlon with a season-best 3,631 points... posted a collegiate-best 5-5 3/4 (1.67m) in high jump as part of B1G Championships pentathlon... Outdoor - Placed 10th in heptathlon with a collegiate-best 5,319 points at B1G Championships... that total ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... posted collegiate bests in 100-meter hurdles (13.83), 200 meters (25.89), high jump (5-5 1/4, 1.66m), long jump (17-10 1/4, 5.44m), shot put (39-9 1/4, 12.12m), and javelin (130-11 (39.91m) as part of B1G Championships heptathlon... placed fifth in heptathlon at Mt. SAC Relays (5,114 points)... USTFCCCA all-academic team member... Dean’s List student (Fall 2024)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor - Placed 13th in pentathlon with a season-best 3,578 points at B1G Championships...  posted season bests in 60-meter hurdles (9.02) and high jump (5-5 3/4, 1.67m) as part of B1G Championship pentathlon... placed second in pentathlon at Jimmy Grant Invite in her collegiate debut (3,571 points) and third at Larry Wieczorek Invite (3,556 points)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2023)... Outdoor - Did not compete... letterwinner. 

High School -- State champion in the long jump… 10-time state medalist… three-time all conference, all-state in 2023 as a senior… holds three school records (100m hurdles, long jump, high jump)… six-time conference champion… AAU Junior Olympic National Champion in the heptathlon in 2022… coached by Jeanette Laures and Brian Schmitt… all conference volleyball player and two-time team captain… four-time all conference, district, and region basketball player, all state as a junior and senior… two-time team captain… academic all-state as a senior… member of IGHSAU Student Advisory Committee… SADD… Interact… Letterettes, Student Senate.

Personal -- Born May 13, 2004… parents are Joel and Andrea Rochford… dad, Joel, played football and competed in track and field at Wartburg… mother, Andrea, ran track at Wartburg… has two siblings - Conner and Caden… sport and recreation management major.
