2026 -- Indoor - Set school record in 600 meters at Arkansas Invite (1:26.69)... ran third leg on school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at Tyson Invite (3:29.69)... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second in 3:30.08 at B1G Championships, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa... placed fourth in 600 meters at B1G Championships (1:28.20)... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay at Arkansas Invite (3:32.52), which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... ran a collegiate-best 37.80 in 300 meters at Hawkeye Invite and a season-best 53.01 in 400 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic.

2025 -- Indoor - Ran third leg on then-school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (3:30.42)... that time ranks third all-time at Iowa... ran anchor leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:31.04), earning second-team All-Big Ten honors... that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa...named to All-Big Ten Freshman team... anchored 4x400-meter relay that clocked 3:31.62 at Tyson Invite, which ranks fifth all-time at Iowa... won 600 meters with a team-leading 1:27.77 at Meyo Invite, earning Big Ten Women’s Track & Field Freshman of the Week honors for her performance... ran a collegiate-best 52.14 in 400 meters at Tyson Invite, earning Big Ten Women’s Track & Field Freshman of the Week honors for her performance... that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa...  placed fifth in 400 meters at B1G Championships (52.75)... Outdoor - First-team All-American, running second leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed sixth at NCAA Championships (3:27.42)... ran second leg on school record-setting 4x400-meter relay that placed second at NCAA West First Round (3:26.90)... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that won race in 3:30.92 at Tom Jones Memorial, third leg on Drake Relays champion 4x400-meter relay (3:31.13), and third leg on 4x400-meter relay that clocked a 3:31.55 at Pepsi Florida Relays... those times rank second, fourth, and fifth, respectively, all-time at Iowa... placed eighth in 400 meters with a collegiate-best 51.57 at NCAA West First Round... that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:31.54), earning second team All-Big Ten and Big Ten All-Freshman team honors... ran third leg on school record-setting sprint medley relay that won Drake Relays title (3:44.12)... placed third in 400 meters at B1G Championships (52.20), eighth at Tom Jones Memorial (52.13), and 22nd at NCAA Championships (52.89)... ran a collegiate-best 23.88 in 200 meters at Musco Twilight...
