2025 -- Indoor - Ran season bests in 400 meters (56.44) and 600 yards (1:23.80) at Jarvis Scott Open, and 600 meters at B1G Championships (1:32.16)... the 600-yard time ranks eighth all-time at Iowa... Outdoor - Ran a collegiate-best 2:08.49 in 800 meers at Bryan Clay Invite... anchored Drake Relays champion 4x400-meter relay (University Division-3:40.67), and ran third legs on team-leading 4x800-meter relay that placed third (8:41.93) and team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh (11:28.80) at Drake Relays... the 4x800-meter relay time ranks third and the distance medley relay ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... Dean’s List student (Spring 2025)... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor - Placed eighth in 600 meters at B1G Championships (1:32.84), running a collegiate-best 1:30.76 in prelims... ran season bests in 400 meters at Tyson Invite (55.77)... Outdoor - Ran a collegiate-best 56.81 in 400 meters at Jim Click Shootout and a season-best 2:11.74 in 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite... letterwinner.

2023 -- Indoor - Placed sixth in 600 meters with a collegiate-best 1:30.04 at B1G Championships... also ran collegiate-best 400 meters at Meyo Invite (55.44)... Outdoor - Ran lead leg on team-leading 4x800-meter relay that placed second at Florida Relays (8:49.00)... that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... ran a season-best 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:10.47)... letterwinner... Cross Country - Letterwinner.

 

2022 -- Indoor – Placed fourth in 600 meters with a season-best 1:30.69 at Meyo Invite… Outdoor – Did not compete.
