2025 -- Indoor - Posted a collegiate-best and team-leading 54-7 1/2 (16.65m) in shot put at B1G Championships, which ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... placed second in weight throw with a collegiate-best 60-4 3/4 (18.41m) at Hawkeye Invite, which ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... placed second in weight throw (60-4 3/4, 18.41m) at Larry Wieczorek Invite... Iowa’s B1G Sportsmanship Award winner... Outdoor - Placed 10th in shot put at B1G Championships with a collegiate-best and team-leading 53-1 1/2 (16.19m)... that mark ranks fourth all-time at Iowa... won shot put at Jim Duncan Invite (53-0, 16.15m), UCF Black & Gold Invite (52-6, 16.00m) and Kansas Relays (52-5 1/4, 15.98m)... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Posted season bests in shot put (51-9 1/4, 15.78m) at Desert Heat Classic and hammer throw (168-5, 51.34m) at USF Alumni Invite... competed in shot put at NCAA West Preliminary (51-2 1/4, 15.60m)... Dean’s List student (Spring 2024)... letterwinner. 

 

 

2023 -- Indoor - Placed ninth in shot put with a season-best 52-1 1/4 (15.88m) at B1G Championships... posted season-best 54-10 1/4 (16.72m) in weight throw at Jimmy Grant Invite... Outdoor - Placed second in shot put with a season-best 50-6 (15.39m) at U20 USATF Championships... placed second in shot put at U20 Pan American Championships (49-8 1/4, 15.14m)... letterwinner.
