2022 -- Indoor – ran season bests in in 600 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:31.47), 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:08.38), and 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (2:52.51)… Outdoor – ran a season-best 2:06.92 in 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite… ran second leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay that placed sixth (8:35.75) and third leg on team-leading leading distance medley relay that placed ninth (11:40.18) at Drake Relays… the 3,200-meter relay ranks second and the distance medley relay ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… place sixth in 800 meters at B1G Championships (2:08.72) and fourth in 600 meters at Baldy Castillo Invite (1:30.91)… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Spring 2022)…. High School -- won state titles in 800 meters (2:11.43) and as part of 3,200-meter relay (9:13.85) junior year… eight-time conference champion in track… cross country conference champion as a senior, setting a meet record… three-time conference cross country runner-up… placed ninth at state meet as a senior, running a school record 18:46… four-time all-conference and all-district and state qualifier in cross country, earning all-state honors senior year… 10-time all-state and Drake Relays qualifier, and three-time all-conference and all-district in track… set school records in 400 (56.97) and 800 meters (2:10.23), and as part of 1,600-meter (3:58.74), 3,200-meter (9:13.85), sprint medley (1:50.71) and distance medley relays… coached by Jim Schlarbaum, Kristen Mitchell and Joss Teed… three-year letterwinner in basketball, earning all-conference honors… also participated in synchronized swimming… graduated class valedictorian… National Honor Society member.
