2024 — Indoor – ran season bests in 60-meter hurdles at Hawkeye Invite. (8.75) and 200 meters at Jarvis Scott Open (25.80)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2023)… Outdoor – ran season bests in 100-meter hurdles (14.30) and 400-meter hurdles (1:02.31) at USF Alumni Invite… Dean’s List student (Fall 2023, Spring 2024)… Big Ten Distinguished Scholar… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – ran season bests in 60-meter hurdles at Iowa Open (8.74) and 200 meters at Tyson Invite (26.13)… Outdoor – ran collegiate bests in 100-meter hurdles at Hurricane Invite (14.16) and 400-meter hurdles at B1G Championships (1:00.84)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022, Spring 2023)… letterwinner.

 

High School — five-time state champion… back-to-back state champion in the 100 and 400-meter hurdles as a junior and senior… 12-time state medalist… member of state-meet record-setting 400-meter relay in 2021 (49.29)… helped team to a runner-up finish at 2021 state meet… eight-time conference champion… set school records in 60-meter hurdles (9.03), 400-meter hurdles (1:03.43) and and part of sprint medley and 400-meter relays… four-year letterwinner in volleyball, and was all-conference, team captain and team MVP…three-year letter winner in basketball as point guard, and was all-conference, team captain and team MVP… coached by Pat Healy, Lindsey Holst and Tierra Hildebrandt… involved in chamber, concert and swing choir, musical, speech, 4H, Youth Group, Clinton Country Mentor Program and the Silver Cord Program… member of National Honor Society and Clinton Community College Dean’s List… Student Council Vice President.
