Natalie Harris Season 2022-23

2024 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles at Larry Wieczorek Invite (8.47)… placed second in 60-meter hurdles at Jimmy Grant Invite (8.51) and Hawkeye Invite (8.56)… letterwinner.

2023 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best 60-meter hurdles at Iowa Open (8.59) and 200 meters at Razorback Invite (25.56)… Outdoor – placed fifth with a collegiate-best 13.49 in 100-meter hurdles at B1G Championships… that mark ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… placed 11th in 100-meter hurdles (13.69) at U20 USATF Championships… letterwinner.

 

High School — four-time state champion and member of three state team championships, being named team MVP her junior and senior seasons… five-time Drake Relays champion… runner-up in 100-meter hurdles and placed third in 200 meters at state meet as a senior… ran eighth-fastest all-time in 100-meter hurdles in Iowa high school history (14.23)… four-time conference champion… set school records in 100 meters (12.43), 200 meters (25.05), and as part of 800 relay (1:40)… coached by Ben Duea, Matthew Pries, Alex Gochenour and Jim Duea… member of National Honor Society, served as Superintendent Student Ambassador, involved in show choir, theater arts and was media ambassador… four-year school all-academic and academic letter honoree, receiving Star Performer Award junior year.

Personal — born February 1, 2004… parents are Todd and Dalianda Harris, and Nolly and Tom Mceachran … siblings are Aydan, Liam, Thomas, Vaye, Menyetou, and the late Demetrius… enterprise leadership major.
