2026 -- Indoor - Ran a season-best 1:37.94 in 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite.

2025 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Ran 800 meters at Cyclone Twilight (2:13.49), Musco Twilight (2:13.84) and Drake Relays (2:14.07)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner. 

2024 -- Indoor – Ran collegiate bests in 400 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (1:00.31), and 600 meters (1:36.36) and 800 meters at (2:25.83) at Meyo Invite… Outdoor – Ran a season-best 2:16.12 in 800 meters at ISU Alumni Invite… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

 

 

2023 -- Indoor – Did not compete… Outdoor – Did not compete… Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… Cross Country – Letterwinner.

High School -- Ran on state champion distance medley relay as a junior, placing second senior year… placed eighth in 800 meters (2:17) at state meet junior year… 2022 Drake Relays runner-up as part of 3,200-meter relay… eight-time state meet qualifier and four-time state medalist in track…three-time cross country state meet qualifier and three-time all-metro selection in cross country… cross country team captain as a senior, helping team to a fifth-place finish… ran on two school record setting relays (distance medley-4:07; 3,200-meter-9:20)…coached by Bill Schwartz, Michael Tierney and Matt Lorenz… member of National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Key Club and was a student council representative.

Personal -- Born February 24, 2004… parents are Casey and Suzie Johannes…has one sibling – Jackson… human physiology major.
