2026 -- Indoor - Ran season bests in 60 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite  and Larry Wieczorek Invite (7.74), 200 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (24.52), and 400 meters at Arkansas Invite (55.31).

2025 -- Indoor - Anchored school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at New Mexico Collegiate Classic (3:30.42)... ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:31.04), earning second-team All-Big Ten honors... that time ranks second all-time at Iowa...ran third leg on 4x400-meter relay that clocked 3:31.62 at Tyson Invite, which ranks third all-time at Iowa... ran collegiate bests in 60 meters at Hawkeye Invite (7.66), 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite (38.39), and 400 meters at Tyson Invite (53.86)... ran a season-best 24.57 in 200 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite... Outdoor - First-team All-American, running third leg on 4x400-meter relay that placed sixth at NCAA Championships (3:27.42)... ran third leg on school record-setting 4x400-meter relay that placed second at NCAA West First Round (3:26.90)... ran lead leg on 4x400-meter relay that won race at Tom Jones Memorial (3:30.92), second leg on Drake Relays champion 4x400-meter relay (3:31.13), and lead leg on 4x400-meter relay that clocked a 3:31.55 at Pepsi Florida Relays... those times rank second, fourth, and fifth, respectively, all-time at Iowa... ran third leg 4x400-meter relay that placed second at B1G Championships (3:31.54), earning second team All-Big Ten honors... ran collegiate bests in 200 meters at Texas State Invite (24.38) and 400 meters at Musco Twilight (54.21)... ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that clocked a 44.29 at Tom Jones Memorial, which ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... ran second leg on 4x100-meter relay that placed second at Drake Relays (44.91)... letterwinner.

 

 

2024 -- Indoor - Won 300 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (38.54) in her collegiate debut... ran a collegiate-best 24.51 in 200 meters at New Mexico Collegiate Classic and a season-best 54.53 in 400 meters at B1G Championships... Dean’s List student (Fall 2023)... Outdoor - Placed fifth in 400 meters with a season-best 54.38 at Tom Jones Memorial... ran a season-best 24.57 (wind-aided) in 200 meters at USF Alumni Invite... ran lead leg on team-leading 4x400-meter relay that placed sixth at B1G Championships (3:37.79)... letterwinner.
