2026 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 1:32.18 in 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... Dean’s List (Fall 2025).

2025 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 55.04 in 400 meters at Tyson Invite and a season-best 1:32.96 in 600 meters at Jimmy Grant Alumni Invite... Outdoor - Did not compete.... Dean’s List student (Spring 2025)... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Ran third leg on team-leading 4x400-meter relay to sixth-place finish at B1G Championships (3:37.79)... ran a collegiate-best 55.07 in 400 meters at B1G Championships... letterwinner. 

High School -- Seven-time state champion… two-time team MVP… two-time all-state, all-county, all-region… state team champion in 2023… holds two school records (4×100 relay – 46.32 & 4×400 relay 3:50.28)… Urban League Award recipient… Blythewood by Design Student of the Year… National Honor Society member… NAHS member… track team captain… coached by Aleshia Hawkins.

Personal -- Born September 3, 2004… parents are Gregory and Jenne Williams… has four siblings - Asia, Collin, Caymen, and Raheen… art major.
