2026 -- Indoor - Ran a collegiate-best 9:35.28 in 3,000 meters at Meyo Invite... won 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite (9:48.57) and Hawkeye Invite (9:49.30)... ran a season-best 5:00.68 in mile at Larry Wieczorek Invite.

2025 -- Indoor - Ran collegiate bests in mile at Meyo Invite (4:53.32) and 5,000 meters at BU Hemery Valentine Invite (16:34.86), and a season-best 9:35.80 in 3,000 meters at Larry Wieczorek Invite, leading team in all three events... Outdoor - Led team in 5,000 meters (16:27.85)... ran second leg on team-leading 4x1,600-meter relay that placed fifth in 19:59.61 and anchored team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh in 11:28.80 at Drake Relays... the distance medley relay time ranks fourth and the 4x1,600-meter relay ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... ran collegiate bests in 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (4:36.52) and in 5,000 meters (16:27.85) at B1G Championships... ran 5,000 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (16:29.74) and Mike Fanelli Track Classic (16:34.93)... letterwinner... Cross Country - Iowa’s top finisher in all six races... won Hawkeye Invite with a collegiate-best 13:44.6 (4,000 meters), which ranks third all-time at Iowa... that performance earned her Big Ten Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors... placed 25th at Joe Piane Invite, running a collegiate-best 16:47.1 (5,000 meters), which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... placed 73rd with a collegiate-best 20:49.7 at Pre-Nationals (6,000 meters), 40th at NCAA Midwest Regional (21:28.4-6,000 meters), 77th at B1G Championships (21:34.4-6,000 meters), and 15th at Roy Griak Invite (22:13.5-6,000 meters)... 2024 -- Cross Country - Iowa’s second finisher at B1G Championships, placing 105th with a season-best 20:59.0 (6,000 meters), and at NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 71st in 21:12.6 (6,000 meters)... Iowa’s top finisher at Gans Creek Classic, placing 51st (21:07.04-6,000 meters)... also ran season-best 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:21.6)... Iowa’s third finisher at B1G Preview (27th-21:23.1-6,000 meters), earning B1G Freshman of the Week honors... Iowa’s third finisher at Bradley Pink Classic (44th-21:18.2-6,000 meters)... Dean’s List student (Fall 2024)... letterwinner.

High School -- Five-time all-state honoree (three times in track, twice in cross country)… conference and regional 5k cross country champion as a senior… eight-time team MVP… five top-10 finishes between cross country and track as a junior and senior at the Colorado state meets… holds the school record in the 5k (17:31), 3,200 meters (10:40) and 1,600 meters (4:57)… coached by Diana Ritschard, Matt Robbins and Colleen Torres… Bob Ball track and field scholar… Colorado Heisman Award recipient… National Honor Society and Honor Roll member… academic all state…
