2025 -- Indoor - Did not compete... Outdoor - Ran collegiate bests in 1,500 meters at Cyclone Twilight (4:57.74), 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight (10:41.68) and 5,000 meters at Jim Duncan Invite (18:37.15)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner... Cross Country - Ran collegiate bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:57.6), 5,000 meters at Joe Piane Invite (18:36.4), and 6,000 meters at B1G Championships (23:30.3)... Academic All-Big Ten... Dean’s List (Fall 2025)... letterwinner.

2024 -- Indoor – Ran collegiate bests in mile (5:12.80) and 3,000 meters (10:18.74) at Larry Wieczorek Invite, and 5,000 meters (17:56.53) at Meyo Invite… Outdoor – Ran 1,500 meters at ISU Alumni Invite (5:04.32) and 3,000-meter steeplechase at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (11:44.67)... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner... Cross Country – Ran a season-best 16:03.3 in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite... Academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner.

 

 

2023 -- Track – Dean’s List student (Fall 2022)… letterwinner… Cross Country – Ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (15:08.5) and 5,000 meters at Badger Classic (20:24.9)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

High School -- Two-time first-team all-conference in cross country and track… cross country district champion as a senior… all-district selection in track and cross country a junior, earning first-team all-state honors in track… set school record in 1,500 meters (4:56)… coached by Justin Parson, Lindsay Pipho and Gina Feldt in track and Parson, Mark Hookham and Travis Fleshner in cross country… lettered in basketball and competed in volleyball… involved in speech, FFA, musical, choir, carolers, Mentors and Violence Prevention and Future Business Leaders of America… member of National Honor Society, Honor Roll, and maintained a 4.0 GPA and received an Outstanding Academic Achievement award.

Personal -- Born March 30, 2004… parents are Sara and Wade Foulk… has three siblings – Madelon, Kamryn and Avery… human physiology major.
