  • Qualified for NCAA Championships, earning a nine seed at 157 lbs
  • Named Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week on Feb. 12 and Feb. 26, becoming the first ASU wrestler to win the honor twice in one season
  • Took down three top-25 wrestlers during the regular season – #12 Jarret Jacques (Missouri), #8 Josh Humphreys (Lehigh) and #24 AC Headlee (North Carolina)
  • Recorded his first career pin over Oregon State’s Michael Murphy in only 42 seconds – the third-fastest fall of any ASU wrestler on the season
  • Ended the regular season on an eight-match win-streak, which included bonus-point victories in four of eight matches
  • Ranked No. 2 on The Open Mat’s Top 10 College Wrestling Performances of the Week (Feb. 24)

  • Jacori Teemer was the No. 1 recruit in the U.S. at 126 lbs. and was a five-time high school state champion and national champion
  • Won his first state title as an eighth grader in New York at the 99 pound weight class and
  • In April of 2017, he won a pair of national championships in back-to-back weeks (NHSCA and FloNationals)
  • Part of the 2017 Cadet World Team and placed as a bronze medalist in freestyle (63 kg).
