Iowa Spirit Squads Request Form

Bring the Iowa Spirit Squads (Herky/Iowa Cheerleaders/Iowa Dance Team/Perky (UIHC mascot) to your special event!
Our schedule’s first priority is to the University of Iowa and the Iowa Athletic Department.

Requests for an event must be submitted at least four weeks before the date of the event. Requests will be filed as they come in. Early submissions are preferred and dates/appearances are subject to change. Requests will be reviewed and an update will occur one month prior, with a final confirmation coming two weeks out from the event.

Appearance Request Rates

School Event Iowa City Area $50 per half hour
Hawkeye Sports Properties Events $200 per hour
Non-Profit Events $250 per hour
Private Events $500 per hour
Weddings $500 per hour

Rate Includes: Herky OR 4 members of the Iowa Spirit Squad
Rate Doubles for BOTH Herky and 4 members of the Iowa Spirit Squad

Rate for events outside the Iowa City/Coralville area will include round-trip mileage at $.61/mile.

Appearance Payment

Checks need to be made out to the University of Iowa Athletics Department and paid at the event.
Credit cards will not be accepted for payment.

Requested Iowa Spirit Squad Members
Is this event affiliated with any political party, political action committee, or political candidate and/or does it feature any appearance by a political figure and/or raise funds for individuals running for public office?
I have read the above policies/rules and agree to follow these and inform all others in attendance of these policies/rules related to the Iowa Spirit Squads appearance, including the photographers policies. I further understand that this is only a request and the University of Iowa is under no obligation to fulfill the request.
