2021 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten selection. 2021 — Went 0-1 with a 10.61 ERA in six appearances… had eight strikeouts to three walks over 9 1/3 innings… logged a career-high 3 1/3 innings at Ohio State (3/26)… pitched one inning in Iowa’s two hit shutout of Ohio State (3/12).
2020 — Season canceled by Big Ten Conference and NCAA on March 12 due to concerns of coronavirus (COVID-19)… went 0-0 with a 11.12 ERA in five appearances… had six strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings… got out of a bases-loaded, nobody out jam in the sixth in Iowa’s come-from-behind win over No. 14 Duke (3/1)… made his Iowa debut against Kent State (2/14).
2019 (at Allen CC) — Went 5-4 with a 3.72 ERA in 11 appearances, including 10 starts… struck out 75 over 55 2/3 innings, averaging 12.13 strikeouts per nine innings… tossed three complete games and also registered one save… allowed 50 hits.
2018 (at Bowling Green State) — Went 1-3 with a 5.34 ERA in nine appearances… started six games and logged 28 2/3 innings.
High School — Graduated from Assumption High School after spending his first three years in high school at Davenport North High School… earned three letters at Davenport… went 8-0 on the mound as a senior… posted a 0.64 ERA in 54 2/3 innings pitched as a senior… struck out 14 batters and allowed just one base runner in the 2017 state semifinal game… named all-conference as a sophomore and junior… also picked up all-district honors as a junior… selected to Quad-City Times All-Metro Team as a junior… as a junior, struck out 54 batters over 46 innings, while posting a 1.37 ERA and holding batters to a .157 batting average… his sophomore season, registered 36 strikeouts in 26 1/3 innings, and held batters to a .143 batting average… finished his sophomore season with a 1.86 ERA.
