- A graduate of North Oconee where he played for Jay Lasley
- Posted a 4-3 mark, nine saves, 1.71 ERA and 55 strikeouts in 45 innings pitched as a junior in 2019 with his senior season in 2020 canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- The 2019 Titans went 27-6 and advanced to the Class 4A state semifinals
