  • Made 21 appearances with three starts on the mound. 
  • Held a 3.18 ERA, good for second-lowest on the team.
  • Struck out 58 batters over 45 ⅓ innings.
  • Earned his first career save as a Hawkeye when he pitched 3 ⅓ innings and struck out six against Ball State on February 17th. 
  • Iowa went 3-0 when Watts started on the mound.
